The recruitment process for joining UBS's leadership starts with the submission of an application and a resume. Prior experience or background with UBS is not at all needed, but it’s highly recommended to speak with current Board members and attend a few events! Due to a high number of applicants every year, we only interview a select number of candidates. Candidates are evaluated equally based on their applications and interviews.

UBS boasts a diverse group of ambitious, goal-oriented individuals who are dedicated to helping other Bruins succeed in the business world. As a board member, you will gain invaluable leadership experience helping run one of the largest student organizations at UCLA. Whether it be through networking or leadership experience, our past board members have benefited from the resources this organization provides and have received full-time offers from Bain, Boston Consulting Group, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and many more.

In addition to an Executive Board (one President and three Vice Presidents), our leadership consists of multiple committees. The UBS Board includes Directors and Managers who have demonstrated leadership and are passionate about helping their fellow students are encouraged to apply, regardless of prior connections to UBS.

As a committee member, not only will you have an opportunity to connect with like-minded Bruins, but you will gain firsthand experience helping to run UBS with your respective committee.
